The Mission of Long Educational Consulting, LLC is to provide high-quality training services to school administrators, teacher leaders, co-teachers, general educators, and those new to the teaching profession.
We strive to do this by empowering educators to become more effective school leaders, exceptional teachers, supportive paraprofessionals, and strong members of collaborative learning communities.

Susie A. Long, Ed.D.
Dr. Susie Long is a Maryland certified Principal, Special Educator, and Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing with expertise in College and Career Readiness Standards, Next Generation Science Standards, C3 Framework Social Studies Standards, and a Curriculum Trak Certified Trainer. She is an Instructional Leader who has served the private and public school community as a Principal, Curriculum and Instruction Specialist, Special Education Administrator, Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and a General Education teacher in both private and public schools. Currently, she serves as the Instructional Coordinator for From the Heart Christian School.
With more than forty years in education, Dr. Long has facilitated a wide range of Staff Training and Professional Development to administrators, general educators, special educators, and paraprofessionals in both public and non-public schools. Topics include, but are not limited to curriculum planning, curriculum mapping and development, effective Unit and Lesson Plans, Differentiating Instruction for advanced and struggling students; and effectively utilizing Professional Learning Communities. Workshops and administrative consultations are extracted from research-based leaders and practices in the field of education.
